CREDITON Parish Church will be holding advent and Christmas Services in the run-up to Christmas.

A Christingle Celebration with Crediton Town Band will be held at Crediton Parish Church on Sunday, December 12, at 3pm.

A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols will be held on Sunday, December 19 at 6pm.

On Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24 a Crib Service will be held at 4.30pm and a Midnight Mass will be held at 11.30pm with the Bishop of Crediton.

On Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25 a traditional Holy Communion will be held at 8am followed by Christmas Communion with carols at 10am.
