ONE of the founding members of Crediton Area History and Museum Society has been made a Life Member.

At the Society’s Christmas social held on Tuesday, December 12, the Chair Tony Gale, presented Adele Cox with a Life Membership certificate to commemorate her long service to the society.

Tony said the recognition had been thoroughly earned by Adele, since she had been a stalwart of the society since it began more than 35 years ago.

He said that Adele has always been willing to help wherever and whenever needed and she continues to serve on the executive committee.
