A CAR which was involved in a road traffic accident in Exeter Road, Crediton, opposite the Asda Garage and Tawvale is causing an obstruction in the Exeter bound carriageway.

The road accident on the A377 was reported by Devon and Cornwall police at about 3pm today, Friday, July 4.

Motorists are advised that a white small Peugeot car which was involved is blocking one lane of the road just after the bend.

Two cones are placed there to warn motorists.

It is not known if anyone was injured.

The vehicle is awaiting recovery.
