A MAN from Paignton was charged with burglary on Wednesday, June 25.
Campbell Macdiarmid, aged 61 from Queen Elizabeth Drive, Paignton, was charged with four counts of burglary.
He had previously been charged with two other burglaries.
He appeared before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, June 26 in relation to all six counts.
The charges are in relation to several burglaries from locations including heritage sites across South Devon namely St Andrew’s Church in Ashburton, Ashburton Arts Centre, St Martin’s & St Mary’s Church in Chudleigh, St Andrew’s Church in Paignton, Paignton Secretarial Centre in Midvale Road, Paignton and Soul Pizza in Ashburton.
