A ROAD traffic accident which involved one vehicle closed the A377 between Collaton Mill and Chulmleigh just before 11am this morning, Tuesday, May 30.

Emergency services rushed to the scene and recovery work is now being undertaken, police have confirmed.

The road currently remains closed in both directions.
